Reset Password or PIN Code

This article explains how to reset your password and PIN Code.

Before you reset the login details, you may want to follow the checklist in Authentication fails and see, if you manage to login.

Live accounts

  1. Use the links below to access the password reset page for live accounts. Alternatively, you can click on Forgot password? in the login window of the trading platform or the online reports.

    For Dukascopy Bank clients:

  2. Select Reset your password or Reset your password and PIN code. It is not possible to reset only the PIN code.
  3. Enter your account login and e-mail address and click on Submit. The provided details need to match in order to submit the request successfully.
  4. An e-mail with new login details is sent to your authorized e-mail address. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

    A new PIN code is sent to your registered mobile phone number only after the temporary password has been successfully changed.

Demo accounts

  1. Use the links below to access the password reset page for demo accounts. Alternatively, you can click on Forgot password? in the login window of the trading platform or the online reports.

  2. Type in your account login and e-mail address and click on Submit. The provided details need to match in order to submit the request successfully.
  3. An e-mail with new login details is sent to your authorized e-mail address. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
