This article explains how to edit pending orders in Desktop JForex3.

All pending orders (Entry, SL, TP, Bids/Offers) are shown in the Orders tab where they can be edited (and canceled).

Orders Tab

To edit pending orders in the Orders tab:

1. The order status should be Pending (or Placed) (1). If an order is stuck in Executing status, please contact support.
2. Right-click the order to access the options menu and select Edit .... If you selected a pending Entry order (2) with associated stop loss and take profit orders, the menu provides options to edit these TP/SL orders directly via the same menu. Alternatively, you may right-click the Stop Loss (3) or Take Profit order directly (4) and select Edit ....
3. Depending on the order type, the Edit order window provides various options (e.g. amount, trigger price, expiration). Edit the parameters, click on Submit and verify order submission.

Positions Tab

It is possible to edit the associated orders (stop loss or take profit) of an open position via the Positions tab:

1. Right-click the open position to access the options menu. Select Edit Stop Loss or Edit Take Profit.
2. Depending on the order type, the Edit order window provides various options (e.g. trigger price, expiration). Edit the parameters, click on Submit and verify order submission.
