Installation
Desktop JForex3 can be installed on the computer.
Packages
Make sure to download the correct installation package. There are several packages available - each for different Operating System.
- JForex3 Desktop for Windows 64-bit
- JForex3 Desktop for Windows 32-bit
- JForex3 Desktop for Mac
- JForex3 Desktop for Linux 64-bit
- JForex3 Desktop for Linux 32-bit
Desktop JForex3 is bundled with Java 8. Java FX is included.
File-system permissions
User should have read and write access permissions to a folder where the platform is installed.
Run Web Start
Desktop JForex3 can be run using the Web Start method as well. However we do not recommend it, as in this case you face these disadvantages:
- Java 8 needs to be installed on your computer
- Maximum heap size cannot be set within the user interface
