Sure. It can be found within the platform or here.
Does my DEMO account differ from LIVE accounts?
- There might be different versions of software deployed on DEMO and LIVE environments. Check the version in Help/About.
- Current price feed can slightly differ due to Place Bid/Offer orders. Historical price feed is identical.
- Execution is different, of course. There are no price slippages on DEMO, while they exist on LIVE.
Can I use JForex4 on MAC and Linux?
Yes. You can install and use it. No compatibility layers like Wine are needed.
Does Web JForex have the same funtionality as Desktop version?
No. Most of the features can be found in Desktop JForex4 only.
Why is Desktop JForex3 no longer updated?
We do not support JForex3 development anymore. We improve the next generation of Desktop platform - JForex4.
How can I update JForex4?
JForex4 updates in the background to avoid interrupting you from trading. You can restart the platform, when you see the notification of the new version in the corner of the platform.
Can I skip the updates of JForex4?
No. Unless you never restart the platform.
Can I use the account of JForex3 in JForex4?
Yes. You can authenticate with the same account in both. You can open several instances of each as well.
Can I use the account of MetaTrader in JForex4?
No. There are different accounts for MT4 and different for MT5.
Can I open several instances on MAC?
