You receive an error message indicating that the authentication failed (Error 801 or a message stating that the login details are wrong).
Please follow this checklist to find the reason:
Wrong environment
Are the login details for a DEMO or LIVE account? Please verify the environment in the login window.
Incorrect credentials
Check the login name, password, and security code. Read the instructions on how to use the PIN Code.
Error #131
JForex is white labeled for many partners. You are trying to authenticate with the account of another partner. e.g. account of Dukascopy Bank in the app labeled for Dukascopy Europe users.
Case sensitive
Login names and passwords are case sensitive. Check CAPS LOCK on your keyboard.
Incorrect time on your computer
Please check the correctness of the time and time zone set in your system. It must be incorrect.
