EU hosts uneasy summit with Turkey

On Monday, the EU leaders will hold a summit with the Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan in Varna, Bulgaria, which is intended to provide Ankara with an extension of a Syrian refugee deal but criticise Erdogan's growing authoritarianism.
