Russia says Kazakhstan honors oil output deal

Following a meeting with his Kazakh and Saudi colleagues, the Minister of Energy of Russia Alexander Novak said on Saturday that Kazakhstan is ready to produce 1.7M barrels per day under the oil output deal.
