Equity markets in Asia were mostly higher on Tuesday after a six-day losing streak, even though trading was highly volatile, as Chinese imports fell more than expected in August, raising fears over health of the second largest economy. The Shanghai Composite index advanced 2.93%, South Korea's Kospi edged 0.24% lower, while Kong Kong's Hang Seng added 3.19%. In Japan, the Nikkei index fell 2.43%, erasing all of its 2015 gains.
