Pair's Outlook
The New Zealand Dollar paused the seven consecutive session decline against the US Dollar on Friday, as the currency exchange rate slightly surged from 0.6998 to 0.7004 during the session. However, on Monday the pair has moved lower, as it started the day's trading session at 0.7001, and it moved to 0.6992 by 11:00 GMT. The exchange rate passed the 55-day SMA at 0.6996 during the first half of the session, and the next support will be provided by the lower Bollinger band at 0.6947.
Traders' Sentiment
The largely bearish sentiment continues, as 74% of open positions are short midday on Monday. In the meantime, pending orders in the 100-pip range are 53% long.
