U.K. budget deficit stable, growth boosts tax receipts
U.K.
budget suffered minor changes in June as the economic upturn
increased tax receipts while the government spending rose. Net
borrowing amounted to 11.4 billion pounds in contrast to 11.5
billion pounds in 2013. The government revenue climbed 4.7%, whereas
spending rose 3.9%. The economic indicators tell the economy is improving, which in turn provides backup for U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron before the elections
