Orange to sell its Dominican Republic unit

Orange SA, the largest communications operator in France, plans to sell its unit in the Dominican Republic to Altice VII S.a.r.l., a company based in Luxembourg. It is expected the selling price to reach 1.1 billion euro. At the same time, Orange has received more than one bid for purchasing. Orange SA shares are currently trading up 0.05% to 9.54 euro per share by 15:50 GMT in Paris.
