Kering nears settlement of Italian tax case

The French luxury group and Gucci brand owner Kering is nearing an agreement to pay up to $1.6B to settle the lawsuit with Italy's authorities regarding unpaid taxes by Gucci, which is set to be signed during the first days of May.
