China JVs, VW to revoke 1.8M cars over fuel pump issue

German automaker Volkswagen and Chinese joint ventures SAIC VW and FAW VW are planning to recall as much as 1.8M vehicles amid fuel pump issue, a quality watchdog reported on Monday.
