Soybeans rise for second day amid delayed planting concerns

Soybeans increased for the second straight day on Wednesday amid concerns that planting in the world's largest exporter of the commodity, the U.S., may be delayed as about 2% of U.S. crop were due on May 5 compared to 22% last year. Soybeans for July delivery added 0.6% to $13.90 a bushel and were traded at $13.895 at 11:13 a.m. in Singapore.
