The South Korean Won increased by 0.2% to 1.076,68 per Dollar in the end of Seoul trading session on Tuesday. The Won appreciated for the third day and reached a 15-month high. Market optimism for the Won is based on the investors' bets that U.S. governors are making progress on the next year budget agreement and the FED will introduce additional monetary stimulus.
