Australia business confidence index decreases as global economy struggles

The Australian confidence index was down by 1% in October, comparing with a previous month, according to a survey of the National Bank of Australia released today. Also survey showed, that domestic economy struggles, as a capital spending decreased to the lowest level since August 2009 and the business conditions gauge, such as sales, profit, hiring measures, slips to -5 from -3 in the last month.
