According to press release Dollar Tree, Inc. reported strong results for fiscal 2025. Full-year net sales increased 10.4% to $19.4 billion, driven by higher customer spending and modest traffic growth. Earnings per share from continuing operations were $5.94, and operating income rose to $1.7 billion. The company expanded its footprint by opening over 400 stores and continued converting locations to its multi-price format. It also generated solid cash flow and returned about $1.5 billion to shareholders through share repurchases. The Family Dollar segment is now treated as a discontinued operation.



In the fourth quarter, net sales grew 9.0% to $5.45 billion, supported by higher average ticket size despite a slight decline in traffic. Profitability improved, with gross margin rising to 39.1%, and diluted EPS increasing significantly to $2.56.For fiscal 2026, Dollar Tree expects net sales of $20.5 to $20.7 billion, comparable store sales growth of 3% to 4%, and adjusted EPS between $6.50 and $6.90. The company plans to open around 400 new stores and close about 75. For Q1 2026, projected sales are $4.9 to $5.0 billion with adjusted EPS of $1.45 to $1.60.
