U.K. house price 0.7% lower in October

According to Halifax, house prices in the United Kingdom fell 0.7% in October compared with the previous month and the average price reached 158,426 pounds and that was a four consecutive month of real estate price depreciation. Great Britain's property market stays under pressure, as the domestic economic outlook is uncertain and reduces the consumers' confidence. Also, banks lower lending volumes to strengthen their financial situation and balance sheets.

Oil fluctuates without direction
