Crude oil declined after European elections

Crude oil prices decreased during Asian trading hours on Tuesday as traders started to sell off the commodity after recent elections in France and Greece lingered concerns over the Euro Zone's inability to resolve its financial difficulties. Light, sweet crude oil futures for June delivery traded at 97.75 US Dollars per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, dropping by 0.19% from the previous session's high of 98.12 US Dollars per barrel.
