Genworth Financial fell 24% after company postponed plans for a public offering of its Australian division backing home loans, citing accelerating losses in the country. Oil services firm Halliburton added, 4.6% after posting a 23% increase in 1st-quarter profit. Yahoo surged 3.2% on news it had achieved a yearly improvement in quarterly revenue.
