Next week will be relatively calm. Notable data releases are set to start on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, March 11, the British GDP and Manufacturing Production data will be released at 9:30 GMT.

At the same day, the US CPI and Core CPI will be published at 12:30 GMT.

Later this day, the US Crude Oil Inventories are set to be released at 14:30 GMT.

On Thursday, March 12, the European Central Bank will make its rate announcement, as the Main Refinancing Rate and the Monetary Policy Statement will be published at 12:45.

The reactions on the tables are measured in pips by comparing the difference in the exchange rate five minutes before the event and five minutes after the event. The exception are the Light and Brent oil price indices, which are measured in USD.

EUR/USD: US Employment Data Set

The Euro depreciated against the US Dollar, following the US Employment data set release on Friday at 13:30 GMT. The EUR/USD exchange currency rate lost 17 pips or 0.15% after the release. The Euro continued trading at the 1.1320 level against the Greenback after the release.

USD/CAD: BOC Rate Statement

The US Dollar appreciated against the Canadian Dollar, following the BOC Rate Statement release on Wednesday at 15:00 GMT. The USD/CAD exchange currency rate gained 65 pips or 0.49% after the release. The Greenback continued trading at the 1.3410 level against the Canadian Dollar after the release.
