Alphabet Inc. delivered a historic performance for fiscal year 2025, surpassing $400 billion in annual revenue for the first time. The company's fourth-quarter revenue reached $113.8 billion, an 18% increase year-over-year, driven by significant acceleration in both Google Cloud and Google Services. Net income for the full year rose to $132.2 billion, resulting in a diluted EPS of $10.81, a 34% increase over 2024. This growth was underpinned by the launch of Gemini 3 and the rapid scaling of the Gemini App, which now boasts over 750 million monthly active users.

A major highlight of the year was the performance of Google Cloud, which saw Q4 revenues surge 48% to $17.7 billion, ending the year at an annual run rate of over $70 billion due to intense demand for enterprise AI infrastructure. YouTube also reached a milestone, with annual revenues across ads and subscriptions exceeding $60 billion, supported by a total of 325 million paid subscriptions across Alphabet's consumer ecosystem.



While the core Search business remains robust with $63.1 billion in Q4 revenue, Alphabet is aggressively pivoting toward an AI-first future, signaling a massive increase in infrastructure investment with a projected 2026 CapEx of $175 to $185 billion. Additionally, the company reaffirmed its commitment to autonomous driving by leading a $16 billion investment round into Waymo in early 2026, even as it continues to return value to shareholders through a $0.21 quarterly dividend and over $45 billion in annual stock repurchases.
