Alphabet beats earnings forecast

At the start of Friday's US trading, the stock price of Alphabet surged by more than eight percent. 

The move was caused by news from the company that it had beats its third quarter earnings forecast. The company beat the forecasts due to advertisers returning to Google in the aftermath of the previous coronavirus caused drop.

Gold drops sharply

On Wednesday, the price for gold dropped more than 1.50%, as a larger surge of the US Dollar occurred. Namely, stocks and other assets dropped in price, as the USD gained strength.
