U.K. property prices jump in June

Housing prices in the United Kingdom continued to increase in June of this year. According to the Halifax mortgage company's data, prices added 8.8% on the annual basis, up from 8.7% in May. As the rise continues, analysts point on stabilization of growth in prices. Month-on-month, in turn, property prices decreased 0.6% in June, showing the fourth monthly slip since December 2013.
