Australia's currency appreciated to the highest level in four-months as Governor of the central bank Glenn Stevens stated that the economy may grow in 2014 and there were encouraging signals with respect to consumption. The Australian Dollar added 0.7% to 92.29 U.S. cents as of 7:21 a.m. New York time after it advanced to 92.35 cents, the highest level since Nov 22.
