Japanese bank lending increases 2.3% in October

According the Bank of Japan data, the total lending of country's banks jumped 2.3% in October of this year, reaching almost 408 trillion yen. The result fully matched economists' expectations. It is worth pointing out that foreign banks' lending surged 8.1% to 2.298 trillion yen in October. Meanwhile, the lending amount in September was revised down from an increase of 2.3% to 2.2%.
