South Korea's consumer confidence drops after Kim Jong Il's death
The
index of South Korea consumer confidence declined to a 3-month low as North
Korea political outlook worsened after death of Kim Jong Il. The confidence
index tumbled from 103 to 99 in November. A figure below 100 signals pessimism outweighs
optimism. The leader of North Korea died
on December 19. His son is expected to replace him.
