Crude oil futures surged on Tuesday, after prices dropped almost 4% during Monday's trading session. The WTI futures for September delivery rallied 0.9% to $45.58 a barrel, while the European Brent Crude advanced 0.6% to $49.78 a barrel by 7:20 AM GMT.
