Как же интересно посмотреть этот фильм. В Украине премьера 8.10.15
Экранизировать такую монотонную и достаточно скучную книгу - нужно, ну, очень сильно постараться.
Лично я преследовала исключительно личные мотивы дочитать эту книгу, иначе бы на Сол50 (СОЛ - марсианские сутки) уже бы закрыла и не дочитала никогда. Очень на любителя.

Got some tips to wake up fast and being fresh and new!
- Open your eyes and smile
- Take a deep breath
- Say hello to a new day and say thanks to universe, being here, today
- Put light music (classic, for example Verdi Rigoletto or something what make you sing)
- Drink a glass of water
- Do 15 minutes meditation or exercises (move you body)
- Take a shower (plan your day and imagine results under the water )
- Have a breakfast with pleasure and with fresh juice
