The new Dukascopy Bank App replaces the bank's legacy Connect 911 and Swiss Mobile Bank applications, bringing together the full spectrum of Dukascopy services in one streamlined platform. With the new app, clients can:

• Order and manage virtual or plastic Visa, Mastercard or Chinese payment cards
• Send and receive international payments
• Exchange currencies with competitive rates
• Buy, sell, and manage investments 24/7 directly from their mobile devices
• Access multilingual human customer support 24/7 through secure encrypted chat

Earlier this year, the bank launched the Swiss Forex App, providing free access to real-time market prices, technical analysis, economic news, and market insights for traders and investors around the world.

The launch of the new flagship app represents only the first phase of a broader evolution. Dukascopy plans to introduce regular feature updates, enhanced functionality, and new digital services throughout the coming months. The new Dukascopy Bank App is available now for download on iOS and Android devices.

New clients can open an account and access Dukascopy's banking and investment services directly from the app.

Existing clients can sign in immediately using their current Dukascopy credentials and begin managing their accounts through the new app.

A New Dimension of Trading

The Stock Trading Platform has been developed to extend Dukascopy's multi-asset offering beyond what is currently available on JForex. It is designed for traders seeking broader exposure to equity markets through a straightforward, dedicated interface – without replacing or disrupting their existing JForex setup.

The platform operates as a separate environment and is accessible directly through JForex4 Desktop, ensuring a seamless experience for existing clients.

Please note, stocks and ETFs already available on JForex will not appear on this platform.

Getting started

Setting up takes just a few minutes:

1. Open a Stock CFD sub-account from your Client Cabinet
2. Transfer funds from your JForex account to your new sub-account
3. Open JForex4 Desktop, go to the Services section, click Stock Trading Platform and start trading
