Following a breakout from the lower boundary of an ascending channel on Tuesday, downside risks continued to dominate the EUR/JPY currency pair and thus drove the price lower.
Although, the exchange rate tried to rally to the upside during the first part of Wednesday 's session; however, the 55-hour simple moving average restricted such movement.
As for near future, the currency exchange rate movement should nevertheless be tended downward within the next trading session. If and when the third waves of bearish momentum occurs, it could target the bottom border of a descending pattern.
