Bullard: Fed did not negotiate the month of QE program end

James Bullard, the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of St.Louis, announced on Wednesday that the regulator did not negotiate the specific month of finishing the QE program. At the same time, he marked that the possible period of the program's end is from October till January. Still, the final decision will most likely be influenced by near-term economic development in the U.S.
