RBS to cut 25% of all jobs by 2017

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, one of the largest banks in the United Kingdom, announced a plan of 30,000 job losses during next few years, mostly in investment-banking on Asian and U.S. markets. This amount accounts for 25% of all employees of the bank. Today, the RBS Group Plc shares are trading up 1.9% to 362.5 pence per share by 9:20 GMT in London.
