ASML 2025 Financial Results: Record €32.7 Billion Sales, €9.6 Billion Net Income

ASML reported a record year in 2025 with total net sales of €32.7 billion, a gross margin of 52.8%, and net income of €9.6 billion. In the fourth quarter, the company achieved €9.7 billion in net sales, a gross margin of 52.2%, and net income of €2.8 billion, supported by revenue from two High NA systems. Quarterly net bookings reached €13.2 billion, including €7.4 billion from EUV systems, and the year-end backlog stood at €38.8 billion.

For 2026, ASML expects total net sales between €34 billion and €39 billion with a gross margin of 51% to 53%. First-quarter sales are forecasted between €8.2 billion and €8.9 billion with a similar margin range, while R&D and SG&A costs are expected around €1.2 billion and €0.3 billion respectively. The company plans continued investment in personnel and operations to support growth, particularly in EUV systems and installed base business.

ASML announced a new share buyback program of up to €12 billion to be executed by the end of 2028, alongside a proposed total dividend for 2025 of €7.50 per share, representing a 17% increase from 2024. The interim dividend of €1.60 per share will be paid on February 18, 2026, with a final dividend proposal of €2.70 per share submitted to the AGM.



ASML is currently in a strong bullish trend, having surged approximately 40% in the last month. The price is trading at €1,287, significantly above its primary ascending trendline, which indicates high momentum following record Q4 earnings and a new €12 billion share buyback program.
