Chinese stocks book record week

The Chinese stock index has surged due to the Chinese government announcing a big stimulus package. The top 50 Chinese stock index has surged almost 20.00% during a week. This is the largest gain since 2008.

However, the gains have resulted in the pair recovery to high levels that have not been seen since 2023. The stimulus is not resulting in new high levels, as the indices high level is located above the 20,000.00 mark.

Micron stock jumps due to forecasts

This week, the stock price of Micron Technology experienced a major surge of more than 26.00%. This surge occurred due to the firm revealing that there is high demand for its products, which is set to result in major profits during the next quarter. In general, the firm sees major demand, despite high prices, in the high-bandwidth memory chip sector.
