AMD stock books new high

During the early hours of Tuesday's trading, the stock price for AMD reached above the $164.00 level.

The stock price extended its surge to 64.00%, as the share price has been gaining continuously since October 6.

The stock surge can be attributed to the fact that AMD gained Meta Platforms as a customer and strong forecasts of data center and gaming chip demand. Moreover, the company had already revealed that it expects higher quarterly revenues that would beat estimates.
