Japanese manufacturing jumped more than estimated in May

Manufacturing production in Japan rose more than previously predicted in May of the current year. According to the final data from the Ministry of Trade, Economy and Industry, indicator added 0.7% on a monthly basis, while the first estimation showed a 0.5% rise. On the annual basis, industrial output advanced 1% and has also been revised upwards. In April, in turn, it added 3.8%.

European shares drop amid Russia sanctions
