ECB trims key rates, to resume bond purchases

On Thursday, the ECB has cut its interest key rates, reducing deposit rate to its record low of -0.5% from -0.4%, as well as announced about the bond purchases resumption to prop up the Euro zone growth, according to the bank's statement.

GE launches Baker Hughes divestment

On Wednesday, General Electric Co stated it was planning to cut the ownership in the gas and oil company Baker Hughes from 50.4% to 38.4%, seeking to raise $2.7B in the process.
