Emirates CCO resigns as profit drops
On Sunday, Emirates' spokesman announced that Thierry Antinori, the airline's Chief Commercial Officer, resigned from his position after the Gulf carrier reported a 69% fall in its full-year profit, the weakest reading in a decade, as a strong dollar and rising fuel costs hit the earnings.
