Starting August 10, 2020, Dukascopy Bank together with UPS introduce lower fees for express worldwide plastic cards delivery. The new delivery fee will be 10 CHF, meaning a 50% reduction compared to the previous fee of 20 CHF. Dukascopy Bank is grateful to UPS for this collaboration and expects that Dukascopy Bank clients will benefit from enjoying an even more comfortable, cost effective and reliable way to order plastic cards worldwide.
Cards will be shipped from Switzerland and delivered personally by a courier to the cardholder, usually in a few working days, depending on the destination country. For each order clients will have a separate tracking code which allows them to track the real-time order location.
As currently, Dukascopy Bank clients will still have a free option to select card delivery through Swiss Post. However, this delivery option remains slower, less convenient and reliable compared to UPS delivery. Dukascopy Bank will continue to enhance its delivery service through UPS.
Dukascopy Bank Visa/MasterCard plastic cards can be used anywhere in the world where Visa/MasterCard are accepted and can be easily managed inside Dukascopy Bank's mobile and web applications. As always, Dukascopy Bank cards are Apple Pay and Samsung Pay compatible.
Dukascopy Bank client current accounts and card accounts remain separated. Funds can be transferred to card accounts from current accounts and back free of charge, instantly, using the mobile and web applications. Dukascopy Bank card monthly fee, including a 24/7 multilingual support, remains at a very competitive price of 1 CHF, as before. These are extremely attractive conditions for cards issued in Switzerland by Swiss banks.
Dukascopy Bank accepts clients worldwide. To open an account a prospect needs to fill in the registration form and complete a video identification through Dukascopy Connect application with a Dukascopy Bank compliance officer. The process takes only 10-15 minutes and the account is usually activated in a few hours. The account opening process is free of charge and there are no maintenance fees for account holders.
Separately, Dukascopy Bank clients can link cards from other financial institutions to their Dukascopy account and move funds between their accounts and those cards instantly.
