Encouraged by underlying demand and operational efficiencies, Walmart raised its full-year fiscal 2027 guidance. For the full year, net sales in constant currency are now projected to increase between 4.0% and 5.0%, adjusted operating income is expected to grow 7.0% to 8.5%, and adjusted EPS is targeted between $2.80 and $2.87. For the upcoming third quarter, Walmart anticipates constant-currency net sales growth of 3.0% to 3.75% and adjusted EPS of $0.62 to $0.64, factoring in a timing shift of Flipkart's Big Billion Days event and the ongoing allocation of tariff refunds into second-half pricing and store experience initiatives.
