WTI is little changed as inventories rises for 7th week

West Texas Intermediate crude fluctuated on Tuesday traded close to the lowest level in more than a four-month period amid concerns that stockpiles in the world's largest consumer, U.S., increased for the seventh straight week. WTI for settlement in December added 8 cents to $94.70 a barrel on the NYMEX as of 2:30 p.m. in Singapore, after it reached the weakest level since June 21 at $94.61 on November 1.

BoE likely to raise its interest rates in late 2015

The Bank of England is expected to increase its benchmark interest rates in the second half of 2015 before the nation's unemployment reaches a level of 7%, which is forecast to happen in early 2016, a report published by the National Institute of Economics and Social Research. Britain's central bank has maintained its rate at historic low 0.5% since 2009.
