Fed should not begin tapering amid falling unemployment

Unemployment in the U.S. declined to 7.3%, the minimum since the end of 2008. Roberto Perli, Fed's former analyst, said the unemployment level falls because of decreasing number of people that are active to work, while the economy still does not produce enough jobs. He pointed out that the Federal Reserve should take it into account while deciding the date, when to start tapering stimulus.
