Gold rebounded on stronger demand for safe-haven assets amid elevated market turbulence ahead of the US elections.
Silver climbed, following gold's suit. However, the upside was limited by broadly stronger greenback and weak global equities.
Platinum was the only loser as profit taking after previous price increases sent the white metal lower. However, the downward trend was restricted by renewed supply concerns in South Africa.
Palladium soared on short covering. At the same time, strength in the US Dollar capped gains.
