"Investors are irritated because Greek debt issues aren't being decided"

Japanese stocks declined slightly on Thursday after a financial aid for Greece was postponed. Losses were limited as weak Yen boosted outlook for exporters.
The Nikkei 225 shed 0.24%, or 22.24 points, to 9,238.1, while the broader Topix declined 0.34%, or 2.71, to 800.25.
"Investors are irritated because Greek debt issues aren't being decided," said Naoteru Teraoka, general manager at Tokyo- based Chuo Mitsui Asset Management Co., which oversees about $29.6 billion.
"The BOJ's monetary easing was a positive surprise. The yen is unlikely to strengthen, supporting stocks."
