Walmart's global advertising business also expanded significantly, growing 37% in Q4 and reaching nearly $6.4 billion annually, fueled by Walmart Connect U.S. sales, which rose 41%, and partnerships such as VIZIO.



Segment highlights showed strong performance across the company. Walmart U.S. comparable sales (excluding fuel) increased 4.6%, with eCommerce contributing approximately 520 basis points, supported by digital transactions and the omni-channel strategy focused on low prices and convenience. Walmart International net sales rose 11.5%, driven by growth in China, Walmex, and Flipkart. Sam's Club U.S. saw a 4.0% increase in comparable sales (excluding fuel) and a 6.1% rise in membership fee revenue, reflecting steady member growth and renewal rates.

Looking ahead, Walmart projects FY27 net sales growth of 3.5% to 4.5%, with adjusted operating income growth between 6.0% and 8.0%. The company also announced a $30 billion share repurchase authorization and increased its annual dividend to $0.99 per share, highlighting Walmart's strong commitment to shareholder returns.
