Ferrari 2025 Financial Results: Record Revenues, Strong Margins, and a Bold Electric Future

Ferrari delivered a very strong financial performance in 2025, fueled by a richer product mix and higher personalization, even as it deliberately kept shipment volumes stable to protect exclusivity. Net revenues rose 7% to €7.146 billion, while net profit increased 5% to €1.6 billion. Operating profit grew faster, with EBIT up 12% to €2.11 billion and margins reaching 29.5%. EBITDA climbed 8% to €2.772 billion, with a margin of 38.8%. Cash generation was particularly strong, as industrial free cash flow jumped 50% to €1.538 billion. Diluted earnings per share reached €8.96, up 6% from the previous year.

Shipments totaled 13,640 cars, slightly below 2024 levels, reflecting Ferrari's strategy of prioritizing value over volume. Demand remains robust, with the order book extending to the end of 2027. During the year, Ferrari launched six new models, including the 296 Speciale, Amalfi, and 849 Testarossa. Racing-related revenues also increased, supported by new sponsorship's and a stronger Formula 1 performance compared with the prior season.



Looking ahead, Ferrari set ambitious targets for 2026, aiming for around €7.50 billion in net revenues and an adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 39%. The company also announced a major milestone in its electrification journey with the reveal of its first fully electric sports car, the Ferrari Luce, unveiled on February 9, 2026, with a world premiere planned for May 25, 2026, in Rome. In addition, Ferrari introduced a new multi-year share buyback program worth about €3.5 billion, with the first tranche planned for early 2026.
