Deere & Company reported net income of $1.065 billion, or $3.93 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with $1.245 billion, or $4.55 per share, in the same period of 2024. For the full fiscal year 2025, net income attributable to Deere was $5.027 billion, or $18.50 per share, down from $7.100 billion, or $25.62 per share, in 2024. Worldwide net sales and revenues for the fourth quarter increased 11% to $12.394 billion in revenues and $10.579 billion in net sales, while full-year revenues decreased 12% to $45.684 billion and net sales to $38.917 billion.



Despite challenging market conditions, Deere demonstrated resilience, supported by structural improvements, operational efficiency, and a diversified customer base. The company expects improvement in small agriculture, turf, construction, and forestry segments, while large agriculture remains subdued. For fiscal year 2026, Deere projects net income in the range of $4.00 billion to $4.75 billion, with the large agriculture cycle expected to bottom. CEO John May emphasized that a focus on inventory management, cost control, and growth in smaller ag and construction/forestry segments positions the company to navigate ongoing challenges and capture emerging opportunities as market conditions recover.
