Lululemon Athletica Inc. reported strong financial results for both Q4 and the full fiscal year ending February 2, 2025. In Q4, the company saw a 13% increase in revenue, reaching $3.6 billion (14% growth on a constant dollar basis). Comparable sales rose by 3%, while international sales surged 20%. The company also saw a 15% increase in gross profit, totaling $2.2 billion, with a 100 basis point increase in gross margin to 60.4%. Operating income grew 14% to $1.0 billion, and operating margin increased by 40 basis points to 28.9%. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose to $6.14, up from $5.29 in the previous year. Additionally, Lululemon opened 18 new stores, bringing its total store count to 767.



For the full fiscal year, Lululemon's revenue grew 10% to $10.6 billion (11% growth on a constant dollar basis). Revenue in the Americas increased by 4%, while international revenue saw a substantial 34% increase. Comparable sales grew by 4%, with international sales rising 22%. Gross profit for the year rose by 12% to $6.3 billion, with a 90 basis point increase in gross margin to 59.2%. Operating income increased by 17% to $2.5 billion, and operating margin improved by 150 basis points to 23.7%. Diluted EPS for the year grew to $14.64, up from $12.20. Lululemon also repurchased $1.6 billion worth of shares, buying back 5.1 million shares. Looking ahead to 2025, the company expects Q1 revenue to be between $2.335 billion and $2.355 billion, reflecting a 6-7% increase compared to the prior year. Full-year revenue is expected to be between $11.15 billion and $11.3 billion, which represents 5-7% growth, or 7-8% growth excluding the 53rd week of 2024.
