German landlord experiences major losses

The largest German real estate renting corporation Vonovia has revealed staggering losses. The firm has lost 6.76 billion EUR in 2023, compared to 669 million EUR in 2022. In addition, the company has written down 10.7 billion EUR in real estate value.

The stock price of the company reacted to the news by plummeting 8.26%.
